Director, SEM & Display – Annapolis, MD

CloudControlMedia, a growing digital marketing firm, is seeking a Director, SEM & Display to grow the relationships that have been built with our largest clients. With deep roots in paid media, including SEM, programmatic display, mobile, video, and affiliate marketing, the firm will rely on the leader in this new role to analyze clients’ digital advertising campaigns and deepen relationships with key client personnel.

The Director, SEM & Display will:

  • Be a savvy Adwords and SEM specialist, leading strategy decisions for national campaigns with multimillion dollar annual budgets
    Integrate offline sales data with online campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team to devise programmatic display and mobile campaigns that assist other marketing channels
    Lead Facebook and other social media campaign creation and execution
  • Develop and analyze custom reports for clients with a large geographic footprint
  • Assist the sales team with proposals for new client engagements
  • Routinely communicate with key clients in order to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings
  • Oversee revenue and profit management of advertising campaigns for key clients
  • Monitor and adjust campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding
  • Obsess over campaign performance optimization
  • Guide weekly calls with strategic accounts and development presentation material for quarterly business reviews

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in SEM keyword expansion, ad copy development, budget pacing, and overall campaign performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising outlets and demand side platforms (DSPs) a plus.
  • AdWords Certification.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral.
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with analyzing client CRM data a plus. Velocify and Hubspot experience preferred.

Account Manager Online Lead Generation – Rochester, NY

Do you want to work with a collaborative, growing, digital educational-marketing company and use your experience in online advertising? CloudControlMedia, LLC is hiring a full time, on-site position to manage and help grow existing digital customer relationships for online lead generation and work with our paid media team.

The job includes assistance with the following:

  • Client reporting, analytics, and proposals.
  • Very proficient with Excel and pivot tables. Tableau a plus.
  • Experience with online lead generation purchasing and management.
  • Responding to client requests, updates, questions etc. by email or phone.
  • Assisting with client fulfillment, including set up and affiliate management.
  • Order processing and data entry of new and existing schools.
  • Tracking system operations and updating including some data entry.
  • Customer-centric process improvements.
  • Analysis of delivery for clients including client system reporting, reconciliation, and spot checking of client landing pages.
  • Coordinate, track, and deliver on small-medium client requests that may include collecting of call recordings, lead details, URL’s, etc.
  • Collaborating with partner systems to reconcile specific lead statuses against internal systems.

Job skill requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or relevant fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Self-starter.
  • Proficient in MS Office intermediate to advanced MS Excel.
  • Proficient in web based tools including reporting and lead management systems.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Technology proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral.
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy.
  • Needs to be able to process a high volume of small-medium tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Must be responsive to time-sensitive requests.

Availability for forty-hour work week from 9 – 6PM M-F and some overtime
