Challenge
With declining enrollments and a lack of data insights, our client needed a partner that could track actions to down-funnel results. Although they knew their existing agency wasn’t producing the results they deserved, they were nonetheless reluctant to pull the plug on all they’d built. And they were not eager for a transitional period that might make campaigns worse before they got better.
Solution
Using CCMP, our digital analytics and performance marketing platform, we ingested two years’ worth of CRM data to build a knowledge base. With that info, we restructured campaigns, adjusted bidding strategies, shifted targeting, and optimized ad groups, without upsetting any of the few successes that preceded our contract.
