A career school with multiple large and small campuses was finding it difficult to enroll students at its smaller locations. With a fixed marketing budget, it nonetheless needed to grow enrollments or face tough decisions about its programs and its institutional footprint. How could they find prospective students, compete with larger institutions, and get their enrollments to where they needed to be?

In the competitive career school landscape, our client’s smaller campuses with fixed budgets weren’t able to meet their enrollment goals. And continued enrollment declines could be devastating to the institution and the community it serves.
Solution
The CloudControlMedia team took an aggressive multipronged approach to restructure our client’s Google campaigns and resent learnings for low-enrolling campuses.
We developed a new keyword strategy, changed up targeting parameters, and added a small markets campaign in Meta. We also created stricter geo targeting, noting commute times within the campus vicinity.
